All physical items purchased on the Academia Barilla Online Store are shipped by Academia Barilla. All culinary courses ordered are held at the Academia Barilla's Parma Campus in Italy.

In-stock items ordered before 6:00 PM EST usually ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders including perishable products placed after 6:00 PM EST Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Please note that to ensure strict product quality, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

This web site accepts orders from North America customers only. You have the choice between 2nd day air or ground shipping. Please note that all fresh products have to be shipped 2nd day air to ensure that they are delivered at their maximum freshness. Academia Barilla will package all perishable items with ice-packs and in an insulated container as needed.

To ensure the freshness of the product, Academia Barilla holds small inventory, hence it may happen that some items are out of stock at the moment of your order. Should such a case happen, you will be promptly contacted via email and informed on expected delivery time and/or offered alternatives. As Academia Barilla does not work on an industrial base, please allow up to 4 business days for picking and packing purposes, in addition to shipping time.
