Reviewing current and past orders

If you are a returning customer at Academia Barilla Online Store, you can review all information on your past orders by clicking on the link "My account".
You will find your past orders with date, products you purchased, delivery address and delivery status.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 2 weeks from the day you receive the order. Returning is easy: just ship the product back to Zerogrey; in the same condition in which it arrived. Our address is written at the bottom of this page and printed on the invoice you will receive with your package.
