Flavor and aroma: It is a homogenous purée characterized by the distinct flavor of mustard, sweetened by the softness of green figs. Intense aroma, decisive and refined.

Texture: The purée is amber-colored with a rounded, soft texture.

Serving suggestion: Pecorino Toscano and other spicy cheeses, Prosciutto di Parma, Salame and other aged meats. This versatile product is suitable to accompany or enhance many Italian dishes.
